At Waterhouse Farm on 40th Ave in Murrayville. Locally sourced sausages, sold at the same counter as the steak and the eggs. Thursday through Saturday, 8am to 6pm. Sunday through Wednesday, 12pm to 6pm.

How to cook them
A pan, a little patience, and a hard brown on the skin. Bring a bag. If you need a lot, write hello@waterhousefarm.ca before you drive out from Langley, Surrey, or Abbotsford.
